Postcard Bay LLC was formed in Wyoming and maintains a registered agent address in that state for official legal and government notices. The Dallas, Texas address is the company's mailing address for correspondence. Please direct correspondence to the Dallas mailing address.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time, and the version posted on this page applies.

OUR SERVICES

Postcard Bay LLC provides two services:

• Postcard graphic design
• Postcard printing

ORDERS AND DESIGN APPROVAL

• All orders are placed and confirmed in writing before production begins.
• For design orders, we will send you a proof for review. You are responsible for checking all text, spelling, contact details, images, and layout before approving.
• Once you approve a proof, your order goes to print. We are not responsible for errors in an approved proof.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Full payment is required upfront, before any design or printing work begins.
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, personal checks, and electronic transfers.
• Orders are not processed until payment has been received and cleared.

YOUR ARTWORK AND CONTENT

• You are responsible for any logos, images, text, or other materials you provide.
• You confirm you have the right to use all materials you submit.
• We may refuse to design or print any content we consider unlawful, offensive, or infringing.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

• Turnaround times are estimates and begin after payment and proof approval.
• Printed postcards are shipped to the address you provide.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

CANCELLATIONS AND REPRINTS

• Orders may be cancelled for a refund only before design work or printing has started.
• Once printing has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
• If your postcards arrive with a printing defect caused by us, contact us within 10 business days of delivery with photos, and we will reprint the affected items or issue a refund, as described in our Refund Policy.

SMS TERMS

• Sender: Postcard Bay LLC
• How you opt in: By entering your mobile number and checking the optional SMS consent box on our Contact Us, Custom Design, Get a Quote, or Free File Check form. The box is never pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of purchase. If you text us first, we reply within that conversation.
• Messages you'll receive: Strictly individual, direct, one-to-one conversational communication. Messages are sent solely in response to your explicit inquiries, customized design proof notifications, specific order status updates, quote requests, and direct customer care responses. Postcard Bay LLC explicitly strictly prohibits and does not engage in any form of bulk messaging, mass-market text promotions, automated marketing broadcasts, drip campaigns, or unsolicited promotional blasts. Every text message sent originates as a direct, individual, human-to-human interaction regarding your account or transaction.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry or order.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
• Help: Reply HELP, email support@PostCardBay.com, or call (888) 504-0541.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
