Orders are shipped reliably via The UPS Store or USPS, with packages delivered across the United States. Depending on order volume, fulfillment may originate from our production facilities in the United States.
The moment your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email from either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or The UPS Store, so you can follow your package every step of the way until it arrives.
Additionally, we will directly email you a separate tracking confirmation on the same day your order ships. For your protection, we permanently store and keep all tracking links and delivery records on file as official proof of shipment.

How Your Order Works
1. Payment & Approval
Production begins after payment is received and, when required, the digital design proof has been approved in writing. Orders that do not require proof approval proceed directly to production after payment.
2. Estimated Production Time
Orders enter production within 6–48 hours after payment and required proof approval. Production is typically completed within 4 business days.
3. Estimated Shipping Time
Once production is complete, your order is shipped through The UPS Store or USPS, depending on the order and shipping method. Shipping time varies by carrier, service, and delivery location.
4. Tracking
A tracking number is provided by email when your package ships, allowing you to follow your shipment until delivery.
Example (Proof Required):
Payment received Monday → proof approved Tuesday → production begins within 6–48 hours → production completed within approximately 4 business days → order ships → carrier transit time begins.
No Proof Required:
