Frequently Asked Questions
If you have designed your own graphics to go on the press, we will need a high-quality PDF file in CMYK colors for each side. If you would like us to put together a design but you have artwork you would like to include, make sure the images are submitted in high resolution (300 dpi) to ensure the boldest, most vibrant graphics possible. They can be in jpg or gif format.
Either works. If you provide print-ready artwork, there's no design fee. If you'd like our team to design it for you, a flat $199.00 design fee applies and includes unlimited revisions until you approve the final proof. You can send your files by email to support@PostCardBay.com, or upload them directly through our Free File Check page.
It takes our excellent graphics team about three business days to complete a design, so please allow for those few extra days when planning your next custom order.
All postcards are printed on 14pt card stock, full-color on both sides, with square corners and a UV gloss finish on both sides.
Our standard first-time order is 300 postcards for $397.00, which already includes a $199.00 professional design fee, plus a flat $29.00 shipping & handling fee for orders under 20 lbs. If you'd rather order by postcard size and quantity, per-piece pricing starts as low as $0.63 at higher volumes — see our Pricing page for the full breakdown.
Requiring payment before your job goes to print is standard across the printing industry — it's one of the ways we keep pricing simple and competitive, since it removes the cost and risk of back-end billing and collections. Every order is a single, one-time charge, and you'll always see the full price before you check out.
Yes. Payments are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment provider — PostCard Bay never receives or stores your full credit card number, and every order is a single one-time charge with no recurring billing. See our Payment Security page for full details.
No contract or long-term commitment is required. Every order is a standalone, one-time purchase — Order once and you're done, or come back and order again whenever you're ready.
Orders enter production within 6 – 48 hours after payment and any required proof approval, and production is typically completed within 4 business days. Your order then ships via The UPS Store or USPS, and transit time varies by carrier and delivery location. See our Shipping page for full details.
Yes. We offer recurring shipping and can split a single order into multiple shipping dates — just contact our office to set it up. Splitting an order into multiple shipments carries an additional charge to cover setup and delivery fees.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — delivery delays caused by an incomplete or incorrect address aren't something we're able to control or be responsible for.
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your job enters production. Once you've approved a design proof, your job moves into printing and can no longer be cancelled, since materials and labor have already been committed. See our Refund Policy for full details.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match your approved proof due to an error on our part, we'll reprint it at no cost or issue a full refund, at our discretion. Just contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order.
